About the role

 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced B2B specialist to join our VIC Officeworks B2B team. This role is instrumental in continuing to grow our Melbourne CBD customer base through new customer acquisitions. The roles function is committed to building sustainable customer relationships by clearly identifying new customers and being able to confidently articulate the benefits of our offering and have the capability to provide tailored solutions to help your customers.
 

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Melbourne CBD B2B space, have a minimum of two years’ experience generating their own leads and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to build local community partnerships and proactively pursue leads to identify opportunities for business partnering.

About you

To hit the ground running and make an impact in your new role you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
 

  • Minimum two years proven experience in generating leads and building effective pipelines
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Confident communication skills with experience in cold calling
  • Ability to read your customers, provide tailored solutions and close sales
  • Resilience, composure and flexible approach to change
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan strategically and logically to deliver results
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to make commercially viable business decisions
  • Excel, Power Point, Word and Sales Force proficiency
