Join Our Merchandise Support Team as a Pricing Analyst!

Are you ready to take on a role that goes beyond the ordinary? Up to 15 months fixed-term opportunity.

 

As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for pricing strategies driving revenue and profitability while meeting our commitment to provide ‘low prices’ to our customers. This isn’t just about numbers—it’s about innovation and strategic thinking!

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Innovate and Challenge: Constantly seek new strategic initiatives and question the status quo.
  • Project Management: Lead projects within the pricing team.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct regular pricing analyses and recommend strategies based on data and industry insights.
  • Optimize Pricing: Manage and optimize prices at the product level to align with our category strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Understand how pricing impacts customer perceptions and ensure our prices are competitive.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with buying teams to build confidence in our pricing strategies.
  • Support and Communicate: Liaise with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and ensure price changes are effectively communicated.
  • Measure Success: Track and report on the results of pricing changes.
  • Develop Culture: Help foster a pricing culture that balances customer needs with commercial goals.

About you

  • Experienced: You have a strong background as a merchandise or pricing analyst, with a focus on revenue and profitability.
  • Innovative: You love developing new ideas and ways of working.
  • Analytical: You excel at using data to manage multiple product categories.
  • Project Leader: You can run projects and provide insights to advance our pricing processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical solutions.
  • Communicator: You have outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Big Picture Thinker: You can see the big picture and confidently present outcomes.
