About the role

We are looking for a CRM Lifecycle Campaign Lead to join our dynamic CRM team to drive positive results for brand loyalty and customer value.  This role is essential for delivering the CRM strategy for programs of work to engage and drive our customers to form a deeper relationship with Officeworks.

 

The CRM team has touch points right across the business, as such you will be fortunate to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. The role is all encompassing and you will be required to quickly get up to speed with current campaigns, review and optimise the current lifecycle program whilst identifying new opportunities and developing strategy for future campaigns.

In addition you will

  • Work closely with our analytics team to identify and asses viable opportunities
  • Work with our marketing team to deliver better experiences for our customers
  • Work with our brand and design team on the creative
  • Lead and develop a CRM Coordinator to assist with campaign implementation  

About you

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for CRM to join our collaborative and supportive CRM team. You will be encouraged to activate your creative mindset. We would love to hear from you if you have

 

  • Tertiary qualification with a major in Marketing or Communications
  • 3-5 years in a CRM / direct marketing / digital marketing role
  • Experience in strategy development, planning and implementation of Lifecycle CRM campaigns (a bonus if it is across multiple channels)
  • Experience in campaign targeting and segmentation, working with Analytics Teams to drive CRM strategies
  • Leadership experience to support the development of a CRM Coordinator
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you are just as comfortable to push back as you are to say yes!
  • Passion and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast pace environment

 

Retail experience is preferable however, do not let that deter you if you said yes to the above.
