About the role

We are excited to announce a permanent opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our talented Customer Experience (CX) team. 

This dynamic role with play a pivotal role in the successful execution of agreed Education Stream initiatives through understanding the scope, requirements, goals and vision, and setting their team up for success. You will champion continuous improvement and ways of working to ensure the team is adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Working in collaboration with the product owners and key stakeholders, you will manage critical milestones, budgets, risks and issues for these projects, ensuring effective communication with the right business stakeholders at the right time. You will identify the right performance metrics to track the project to success and deliver consistent and reliable reporting to provide visibility and accountability across the business.

About you

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record as a successful Delivery Manager, ideally with experience in retail and/or the education sector. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or related field with supporting certification in Agile or similar desirable. 

You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to engage with, and manage the expectations of, a diverse range of stakeholders. In addition, you have strong commercial acumen and are confident in your ability to report project status all the way up to senior leadership level. 

Experience in Product Ownership, Web Application development or eCommerce will be highly regarded.
