About the role

This dynamic role will see you support the development of the strategy for the 12-month Customer marketing calendar.  You will lead the execution of all facets of the planned activity including advertising, PR, Digital, CRM, Brand, In-store VM, Content, and Internal Communications. You will also play an integral role in leading your own portfolio of programs for the B2C customer segment including identifying annual initiatives to be supported, providing ongoing support to project leads, managing budgets, and looking for opportunities to optimise the process.
The Consumer Marketing Lead will monitor the quantitative and qualitative campaign performance and achievements and use these insights to optimise performance and push the boundaries.

About you

Our ideal candidate demonstrates a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Branding. You have proven experience working in the Retail Industry or complex corporate environment and pride yourself on your ability to foster meaningful relationships with key business stakeholders.
You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
