About the role

We have an amazing opportunity to join our newly created Team Member Experience (TX) – People Applications team on a permanent basis as a Senior Business Analyst.

The purpose of the TX team is to provide intuitive solutions making our team’s work and life simple.

This role will see you support the on-going success of our People applications, by defining improvements, gathering information to present to decision makers including IT trends and analysis whilst ensuring solution delivery is on track and leading process and application enhancements where required.

Key applications the role supports include:

  • SuccessFactors – Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Compensation, Learning, Performance and Succession
  • Kronos including Kronos Mobile
  • Team Member Discount Card Application
  • Intranet
  • Workplace by Facebook

About you

To be successful in this role you will be a natural leader who is innovative, curious and loves solving problems! You thrive in finding creative solutions and driving outcomes, with impeccable attention to detail. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and will see you collaborate and connect cross-functionally with ease. You’ll need the ability to influence, negotiate and get buy-in from stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in simple, easy to understand language.

Key experience:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday or a similar HCM system is essential
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management systems such as Kronos are preferred
  • Significant IT experience in a technical analyst or delivery role previously
  • ITIL and Agile Certifications are preferred but not essential
  • IT Project experience across several technologies
  • Experience managing small/medium projects and enhancements
