About the role

 

We are excited to announce a permanent opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our talented Customer Experience (CX) team. 

This dynamic role with play a pivotal role in the successful execution of agreed initiatives through understanding the scope, requirements, goals and vision, and setting their team up for success. You will champion continuous improvement and ways of working to ensure the team is adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Working in collaboration with the product owner, the Delivery Manager will manage organise critical milestones, budgets, risks and issues of CX programs and effectively communicate these with business stakeholders. They will identify appropriate performance indicators to track the projects success and report on these accordingly to ensure visibility for key stakeholders.

About you

Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or related field with supporting certification in Agile or similar desirable. 

You have a strong background in Project Management or Product Ownership, with demonstrated experience in operational retail roles, web and application development and eCommerce. 

You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to engage and manage the expectations of a diverse range of stakeholders. In addition, you have strong commercial acumen and are confident in your ability to produce reports as required.
