About the role

Join a movement focused on making bigger things happen in the digital space. As Officeworks Digital Producer sitting in our eCommerce Engagement Stream, you will be empowered to lead the strategy, delivery and optimisation of Officeworks digital content. As one of Australia’s most popular websites, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and make your mark with this newly created role.


This role has the opportunity to make it your own with a focus on delivering in key areas of:

  • Deliver best in class experience for our customers across the digital journey. This includes: Campaign trading projects, supplier funded partnerships, website functionality and experience 
  • Identify new opportunities for our core customers segments and ensure we present the most relevant experience through our Personalisation strategy
  • You will love identifying customer problems through analytics, finding the best in class solutions and implement change – you will not be afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Decipher business requirements from across internal and external stakeholders and establish direction with clear goals and project management
  • Have some basic design skills and a love for creativity with a strong awareness of brand design elements and guides
  • A want to learn by testing new ideas before implementing through AB testing and automated personalisation strategies

About you

You will have demonstrated skills in


  • eCommerce, digital production or digital marketing with bachelor degree in marketing/ advertising, Design, Commerce, IT or similar
  • Experience in managing projects while getting your hands dirty with knowledge of design principles
  • You will love the customer and be experienced in analysing data and building insights to improve online performance
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement – creating efficiencies & processes, innovating, maximising growth, accelerating the rate of new customer engagement and improving website profitability 
  • Ability to work autonomously, act quickly, solve problems, see the bigger picture and be a ‘self-starter’ 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with varying stakeholder needs and expectations
