We have a key opportunity for a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst to join our Corporate Applications team within our IT function. The role is responsible for the delivery of WMS Analysis in functional IT application projects, enhancements and support. The deliverables of this role are used by Officeworks team members and internal supply chain and warehouse business functions to operate effectively and efficiently. The role will see you liaising with internal business customers and IT delivery teams and vendors to determine requirements, provide estimations, design and build technical solutions, test and implement changes and provide ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Finally, you’ll be highly organised with a strong ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.

 

Key considerations:

 

  • We are seeking someone with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience, ideally High Jump (Warehouse Advantage) logistics configuration experience 
  • Strong project and support background working with logistics functions and integration with 3PLs is highly favourable
  • SAP integration experience including idocs and messaging knowledge between integration layers is desirable but not essential 
  • Ability to project manage smaller initiatives
  • An ITIL certification would be preferred
  • Additional experience with the following technology would be favourable: Microsoft Office, GAINS, ServiceNow 
  • A genuine passion for IT Solutions
  • Must be willing to travel to warehouses as required
