About the role

Our Marketing and Insights team has been going through significant growth over the last few years and we have a great opportunity for a MarTech Tag Analyst to join the team.  You will oversee the continued enhancement, design and delivery of analytics tagging and tracking across the Officeworks Website and Offline Databases, supporting digital analytics and audience initiatives. You will provide expert-level understanding of measurement best practices to support analysis of visitor flows, conversion funnels, and events and personalisation.  Additionally, this role will direct the application and usage of our analytics reporting and tag management tool (Adobe) and govern data layer and 3rd party tagging configurations. 

About you

Along with your technical capabilities, you will have the ability to communicate technical concepts with a wide range of stakeholders. 

Furthermore;

  • 3+ years using Adobe Experience Cloud Products (Analytics, Audience Manager, Campaign Target etc) or similar. Must include experience in conversion measurement and optimisation. 
  • Experience working with large data sets using analytical tools and working in a high-volume campaign environment, including the ability to analysis data 
  • Hands-on experience with one or more web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and debugging tools like Observe point.  As well as 3rd party platforms such as Verizon, Google Manager etc 
  • Implemented and set up Tag Management alongside Analytics type platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics etc.) from scratch before 
  • Highly Technical solution-oriented, excellent analytical skills and experience translating business needs into requirements  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with jQuery, regular expressions, HTML CSS Selectors
