About the role

Due to growth we currently have an amazing opportunity for a People and Capability Partner to join our People team and partner with leadership teams from our  support office functions.  Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh,  Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home) and we will offer flexible working hours for these roles. 


This role will partner with our Leadership teams to support the development and delivery of our People Strategy, core People activities as well as strategic business initiatives.

Key People partnering support encompasses leading the following areas of the People strategy and activities;

  • Talent & Succession Planning
  • Act as a change agent and program management for People and related Business programs
  • Coach and influence people leaders in enhancing performance and leadership capability
  • Provide actionable insights to leaders based on trends in people data/analytics
  • Supporting business leaders through the annual People Cycle including Performance, Remuneration Review and Engagement Survey..

About you

Tertiary qualified, we are looking for someone with sound People business partnering experience coming from a fast-paced commercial business.

With a track record of working successfully in a complex retail or consumer environment, you bring strong experience in building and developing strong relationships with your key stakeholders, and display strong communication and influencing skills and demonstrate a proactive and solutions focussed approach to your work. Your ability to problem solve and make sound business decisions in a timely manner makes you a strong contender for this role.
