About the role

Our Customer Experience (CX) team is growing, with a series of exciting projects in the pipeline, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Product Owner to join the Officeworks team.


Our website as our biggest revenue driving store, this is an amazing opportunity to work within an experienced, knowledgeable team on one of Australia’s leading retail websites. This is a great opportunity to display your leadership skills and work in a supportive, fast-paced environment with huge scope for professional development.


You will be reporting into the Product Owner Lead, where you will be responsible for designing and building roadmaps that will guide the strategic direction of your product area. You will also be involved in continuously reviewing Officeworks’ initiative pipeline to ensure your product area facilitates the objectives of upcoming projects.


In addition, you will also be responsible for planning and conducting customer research, competitor analysis, and using analytics to gather customer insights, whilst playing a key role in the development of future programs for your product area and their business cases.
 

About you

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated a minimum of 4 years’ experience working within a digital team as Product Owner or Product Manager. Ideally, you will hold your Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and have demonstrated experience working with data, analytics, and reporting. You will thrive in a fast- paced, agile environment and have a strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
