About the role

Our Customer Experience team is growing, with a series of exciting projects in the pipeline, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Product Owner to join the Officeworks team.

With our website as our biggest revenue driving store, this is an amazing opportunity to work within an experienced, knowledgeable team on one of Australia’s leading retail websites. Based at our East Bentleigh Support Office you will be reporting into the Product Owner Lead, where you will be responsible for designing and building roadmaps that will be useful for the strategic direction of the CX platform. You will also be involved in continuously reviewing Officeworks’ initiative pipeline to ensure the platform facilitates the solution objectives.

In addition, you will also be responsible for planning and conducting customer research, competitor analysis, and analytics to gather customer insights, whilst playing a key role in the development of future programs for the digital platform and their business cases.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated a minimum of 4 years’ experience working within a digital team as Product Owner or Product Manager. Ideally, you will hold your Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and have demonstrated experience working with data, analytics, and reporting. You will thrive in a fast- paced, agile environment and have a strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
