About the role


Supply Chain and Logistics at Officeworks is exciting as we drive Continuous Improvement and modernisation of our vast network.

As part of our leading-edge Transformation Support Team, we have a rewarding opportunity for a Program Governance & Reporting Lead to support and deliver centralised governance for all projects within Supply Chain Transformation. 

Supporting the governance of multiple projects through administration, reporting and onboarding support, this role will also support the development and task allocation of the Project Coordinator and Business Analyst. Key responsibility for this exciting role will be reporting, communications and acting as a centralised point of contact for the Supply Chain Transformation team, the broader Supply Chain team and any internal or external parties as required.

Some key areas of focus:

  • Document and communicate Operating Rhythm for Program and Project governance processes including Project Tools Management
  • Support all areas of the project’s administration and proactive communications associated with Officeworks, Third Party Consultants, Vendors and all government bodies including regular status reporting
  • Support the Program Manager through delivery of effective financial reporting and data review plus the preparation, delivery and completion of program reporting
  • Review and audit adherence to agreed Governance processes to ensure continuity and consistency in agreed Transformation team processes and governance
  • Building strong relationships with the Project teams, the broader Supply Chain Team and the broader Officeworks Team, ensure the cadence structure is maintained both directly and indirectly through the Project Managers and their teams.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are adequately prepared and instructed in the use of all governance templates, documentation and processes with a focus on continuous improvement and solutions enhancement initiatives.

About you

Supporting and coordinating the governance and reporting of this major project, your Supply Chain or Logistics experience in supporting and delivering complex projects with a focus on governance, administration, reporting and onboarding will be key to success in this exciting Supply Chain role.

A clear communicator, you enjoy engaging with stakeholders and can demonstrate solid experience in coordinating and communicating business processes and requirements.

Highly organised, you take pride in your attention to detail, meeting deadlines and ability to think ahead and plan proactively. You enjoy the challenges of working within a dynamic and fast paced environment and can demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset.

Using a variety of systems in this role will require competency with Confluence, Jira, Miro, MS Project, Smart Sheet, MS Teams and Sharepoint
