About the role

Our Reward Manager will play an integral role in setting the strategic direction for all remuneration and benefits programs at Officeworks.

A key member of the People Leadership Team, you will:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of effective reward and recognition programs and practices providing thought leadership and strategic advice
  • Engage and lead cross-functional stakeholder groups to execute key Remuneration and Benefits programs and projects
  • Lead and assist in the enhancement of the team member benefits programs  
  • Deliver the annual remuneration review, short term and long term incentive programs

About you

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified, or have completed postgraduate qualifications, in Business or Human Resources along with being certified in job evaluation (preferably Hay).

You will be at least 7 years into your Reward career, you have worked in fast paced, complex environments and have an expert knowledge of remuneration frameworks and processes. Further, extensive experience completing job evaluations including organisational design.

You will be an enthusiastic, self starter that enjoys solving problems, with a ‘can do’ attitude and customer first mentality

To be strongly considered for the role, you will also possess:

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience at presenting remuneration concepts to all levels of management, including Executive Leadership team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analysis skills to produce high-quality reports which contain quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Experience working within the Success Factors platform will be advantageous
