We have multiple permanent opportunities for SAP Functional Analyst’s (SD/MM) & (FI) to join our Corporate Application team within our IT function. The role is responsible for the delivery of functional IT application projects, enhancements and support. The deliverables of this role are used by Officeworks team members and internal business functions to drive sales and operate effectively and efficiently. The role will see you liaising with internal business customers and IT delivery teams to determine requirements, provide estimations, design and build technical solutions, and test and implement changes, and provide ongoing support and continuous improvement.

About you

Your exceptional communication skills allow you to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and will see you collaborate and connect cross-functionally with ease. You’ll need the ability to influence, negotiate and get buy in from stakeholders and be a team player! You have a strong attention to detail and quality focus. Finally, you’ll be highly organised with a strong ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.


Additionally, you will also have:


  • We are seeking someone with significant SAP (SD/MM) or (FI) configuration experience and preferably within Retail industry
  • Strong background working with logistics functions and integration with 3PLs highly favourable
  • Ability to project manage smaller initiatives
  • An ITIL certification would be preferred
  • Additional experience with the following technology: SAP, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, GAINS, Revionics, Stibo STEP, ServiceNow favourable
  • A genuine passion for IT Solutions
