About the role

We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Senior SAP Security Consultant to join the Officeworks IT Security team on a 12-month contract. This position assists in the daily SAP Security support operations within the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) function to ensure access to the Officeworks systems is granted to the right members in the right context and in a timely manner.  You will help to enable the identity and access governance disciplines to ensure on-going data security and regulatory compliance.


On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the User Access Manager to plan, co-ordinate, assess and implement security measures to protect Officeworks identity information from unauthorised access and disclosure. Additionally, you will document and maintain relevant processes and technologies and aid in continuous compliance and optimisation.

About you

Our ideal candidate demonstrates extensive experience in SAP Security and GRC. You have a solid understanding of the application’s identity and authorisation concepts and principles as well as hands-on security support experience on SAP ECC, CRM, BW, SuccessFactors and SAP GRC.


You will have demonstrated expertise in user and role administration across modules like SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS and SAP ECC Finance, Procurement, Warehousing, as well as a clear track record of managing complex issues through to satisfactory resolution.


You will also pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and can clearly present complex technical information in a format that is easily understood by business stakeholders.
