About the role

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the business in a 12-month capacity and act as the customer champion of the Geeks2U brand and customers.

 

In this role as the Marketing Manager- Geeks2U you will draw on insights to influence actions translating these insights into business needs and developing marketing strategies to help reach new customers and grow the business.

 

You will work cross-functionally to improve the collective understanding of the behaviours, wants, needs and partner with the Geeks2U Management, internal teams and agencies to brief, develop and deliver marketing materials and activities that deliver on commercial, customer and brand objectives.

 

This is a varied role where you can lead strategy through to implemention via advertising, content, social, search, CRM. The role also manages a P&L and team of 2 direct reports.

About you

Our Ideal candidate is tertiary qualified in Marketing, Advertising, Branding or similar, with Senior Marketing experience, ideally within a complex retail, telco or services environment.

 

You are an experienced people manager who thrives in a fast paced, innovative environment.

 

You have extensive experience with data driven marketing and using insights to make informed decisions. You have sound understanding of integrated marketing, including digital and social media as well as demonstrated experience partnering with external agencies and design team.


You pride yourself on your ability to foster meaningful relationship and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
