About the role

Our Supply Chain has a key role in bringing our vision to life with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement and the modernisation of our vast network. 
As part of this strategy we have commenced a major relocation and modernisation project for our Victorian Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC), located in Laverton. This complex and fast paced project will encompass the commissioning of new infrastructure at a new facility and the migration from the old Laverton facility.
Working as part of a Project Team, we have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Documentation Analyst supporting the design, documentation and delivery of new Safe Work Practices (SWPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
As a key member of our Supply Chain Transformation team, this exciting opportunity will ensure tasks associated with bringing the proposed facility to operational standards, are delivered through the mapping of new and revised processes and supporting the Change Management Stream to develop comprehensive and compliant training.


Key areas of focus will include: 
• Coordinate and facilitate planning and mapping workshops
• Lead the process mapping of all new practises and procedures, building a detailed understanding of the To Be Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA) across the new site
• Coordinate and create a register of all required SWPs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for review or creation across end to end processes 
• Coordinate subject matter experts to enable delivery of detailed high quality and accurate documentation 
• Support the detailed change impact assessment through documentation of end to end process and analysis of future key changes 
• Support activities associated with performing the Training Needs Analysis 

About you

Supporting and coordinating the delivery of this major project, your Supply Chain or Logistics experience and capability in supporting and delivering complex projects with a focus on documentation, training and effective communication is valued.

This key role requires extensive experience in leading the documentation of complex safety and standard work practices. Highly developed process mapping and documentation writing experience plus a background in business transformation within a medium to large retail, logistics or manufacturing organisation will be key to success in this exciting new role.

A natural communicator, you enjoy engaging with stakeholders and can demonstrate solid experience in delivering workshops to develop business processes and gather requirements.

Highly organised, you take pride in your attention to detail, meeting deadlines and ability to think ahead and plan proactively. You enjoy the challenges of working within a dynamic and fast paced environment and can demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset.

Using a variety of systems in this role will require competency with SAP, MS Suite – specifically Visio, Signavio or equivalent, Confluence, Jira and Trello.
