About the role

We currently have a 12 month opportunity available supporting our Workspace Solution Sales Team - Furniture based in our support office in East Bentleigh. Reporting to our Workspace Solutions Team Leader, your new role is focused on the coordination of our business furniture and workspace fit out opportunities from start to finish. This role will see you liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders including our business customers, our Officeworks business specialist’s, Internal teams such as Finance and Merchandise and also our store network.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project managing the end to end process of business furniture and fit out opportunities
  • Generating quotes and proposals for customers
  • Manage leads, cases and opportunities for the team
  • Assist in the Growth of sales from customers through up sell and cross sell on orders
  • Support and liaise with Customers, Business Specialists, the CSC and the store network
  • Take on specific projects from time to time as required by the team leader

About you

To be successful in the role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales support role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the furniture offer in a ‘Business to Business’ environment an advantage
  • A demonstrated ability to project manage orders from beginning to end for business customers an advantage
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Superior analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Commitment and keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment, effectively engaging key personnel within Officeworks with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
