About the role

Officeworks eCommerce team is growing! We have opportunities for tech-savvy, motivated Ecommerce Coordinators. This dynamic and fast-paced team maintains and updates the officeworks.com.au site to provide the customer with the best possible website experience via beautifully presented products and accurately targeted information.
You will be responsible for; supporting and coordinating the daily operations, site merchandising, digital marketing campaign execution, development and briefing of performance tracking and ad-hoc work to ensure operational effectiveness and excellence in customer service.
We currently have two exciting eCommerce Coordinator roles available;


- a strategically focused role to bring different ranges and products to life, with the opportunity to take ownership and drive the results for your own category(s)
- whilst the second role will be focussed on website implementation, channel and reporting results, campaign activation, troubleshooting and rapid response to search improvement requests.

About you


To be successful in these roles you will have previous experience working in a FMCG / Retail ecommerce environment. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate

  • Merchandising and data analysis experience
  • A logical decision-making approach influenced by analytic and financial data
  • Strong understanding of excel, ERP and CMS tools
  • Well organised with good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to an environment promoting success
  • An ability to work cross-functionally, to build and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A strong bias to cooperatively drive short cycle time improvements based on website analytics and feedback
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems or eCommerce would be well regarded (but not essential
