About the role

Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for an experienced B2B specialist to join our Qld Officeworks Business Specialist External - ( Account Manager) Team. The roles function is to build long term, profitable and mutually beneficial relationships with the assigned business customers in your Business Specialist designated community. This role is instrumental in the continuing growth of the Officeworks B2B offer and we feel it is great time to join the Business Team at Officeworks. We’re rapidly growing and we’re excited for the future where we will make bigger things happen.
 

Your essential responsibilities include: 

  • Achievement of all related sales targets
  • Development of a regular call cycle with existing customers
  • Identify and engage low/non-spending cost centres
  • Implementation of the Officeworks Way to business customer relationship management
  • Development of a regular call cycle with existing customers
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with your customers

About you

 

To hit the ground running and make an impact in your new role you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Minimum two years proven experience in a similar role where you have been tasked with negotiate with B2B customers across multiple accounts
  • Ability to build long-term, profitable and sustainable relationships with B2B customers
  • A strong understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs, whilst maximising customer satisfaction
  • Ability to build and manage the Sales Pipeline 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment, effectively engaging with Officeworks team members when needed
