About the role
Think big. Build big. Be part of it.
We’re launching our largest Supply Chain site in Redbank, Queensland - A major investment in scale, innovation, and the future of our retail network. This is a rare opportunity to join and help bring a large‑scale operation to life from the ground up.
This is your chance to be part of something big! We’re looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to lead engaging, face‑to‑face training that sets our teams up for success! As a Training Facilitator, you won’t just deliver training; you’ll shape how change lands on the ground. Your work will directly influence safety, confidence, capability and performance across one of our most significant Supply Chain transformations.
Working closely with the Project team, you’ll adapt and contextualise existing training materials to reflect real‑world ways of working, tailoring content for different roles and audiences. You’ll provide hands‑on facilitation, on‑the‑job coaching, and practical support to help teams confidently adopt new systems, processes, and behaviours. From onsite facilitation and coaching to floor-based support during go‑live, you’ll be at the centre of workforce readiness and change adoption; identifying capability gaps, raising improvement opportunities and escalating complex training design needs when required.
As our Training Facilitator, you will:
- Design, adapt and maintain training – Review, validate and update existing learning materials and deliver structured training using approved resources across face-to-face, virtual and blended environments, escalating major redesign needs as required.
- Deliver operational training and coaching – Facilitate on‑site training across Queensland, including onboarding and role based programs, with hands‑on coaching in warehouse systems, operational processes, equipment use, and safety and compliance practices.
- Support implementation and change – Provide training and floor based support through pre‑go‑live, go‑live and post‑implementation phases, reinforcing new systems, processes and behaviours.
- Train the Trainer capability – Deliver and support Train the Trainer programs, coaching and assessing site trainers to build internal capability and ensure consistency and quality across locations.
- Coordinate, track and report – Develop training schedules aligned to project milestones, manage learning logistics and LMS administration, and report on attendance, completion, readiness and capability gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement and collaboration – Partner with project teams, SMEs, safety specialists and vendors to improve training effectiveness, support change outcomes and mitigate operational risk.
You won’t just deliver training; you’ll shape how change lands on the ground. Your work will directly influence safety, confidence, capability and performance across one of our most significant Supply Chain transformations
This role is based in Brisbane and is being offered as a 12-month fixed term contact due to commence 6th July 2026.
