About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader to drive the next wave of B2B growth for Print & Create for a 12 month fixed-term.
In this role, you’ll shape our 12–36 month strategy, enhance our B2B offering, and support sales teams to win and retain high value customers.
What You’ll Do
• Build and own the Print+Create B2B growth strategy, identifying priority customer segments and market opportunities.
• Improve the B2B print offering—range, service levels, pricing, and end to end customer experience.
• Support customer acquisition by acting as SME for solution design, quoting, proposals and tenders.
• Build B2B marketing and sales enablement materials.
• Lead cross functional delivery with production, stores, supply chain, marketing and finance.
About you
What You Bring
• 8+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, sales strategy or business development (B2B and / or print not essential, but preferred).
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable growth.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing/Strategy (preferred).
