About the role

We have an opportunity for two CRM Coordinator’s to join our expanding Officeworks team.

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of cross-channel CRM programs across both B2B and B2C customer segments. You will work closely with the CRM team, wider marketing team, merchandise team and agency partners to build stronger relationships and deliver better experiences for our customers, all while driving commercial outcomes.

You’ll be involved in all aspects of program development, from campaign briefing and strategy, through to managing the design, copy and build of direct marketing campaigns. You’ll be an expert in your field, ensuring the right audiences are targeted at the right time, that campaigns are relevant and inspiring, and deploying them autonomously before reporting on performance post-campaign.

This position is currently based at our Support Office in Chadstone Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach, in the office 2-3 days per week.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:
•    A degree in marketing (relevant field) and 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
•    Experience with managing or coordinating marketing campaigns. Digital channel experience and exposure to marketing automation tools highly regarded
•    Experience working in a fast-paced environment, highly self-motivated, with experience in delivering competing priorities to deadlines
•    Innovative, with a continuous improvement mindset, enhancing processes and able to communicate learnings and make recommendations post-campaign
•    Experience using or a willingness to learn and use Photoshop and Email Production Software
•    Ability to be agile and adapt to changing priorities, while managing multiple campaigns at a time
•    Ability to collaborate positively and productively within a team and with agency partners, while also being able to work autonomously
•    Analytical aptitude with creative flair
•    Great communication and copy writing skills, with experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
•    High attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
•    Experience with marketing automation tools 
•    Experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
