About the role

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong communicator
• Keen to build a long-term career in Category Management
• Enjoy hybrid working from our Chadstone Support Office

We have an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Merchandise team, supporting the Category Manager for TV/Audio, Cables and Charge across a wide range of end-to-end category activities.

Working with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in the world, you’ll help bring products to life, ensure promotions land accurately, and keep the category running smoothly.

This role is heavily data-focused, from analysing trends and validating product information to managing pricing, website content and product lifecycle processes, your accuracy and organisation will make a real impact. You’ll also liaise regularly with suppliers, stores and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring seamless execution.

Bring our Audio and TV products to life—ensuring our offers look great, our promotions land flawlessly, and our customers see the very best of what we have to offer.

A large part of your day will be data‑focused, so you’ll love diving into spreadsheets, validating information, and using data to support decision‑making. You’re confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and comfortable working with financials and analysis.

You’ll also play a key role in coordinating end‑to‑end projects and engaging with stakeholders across the business—keeping everyone informed, aligned and moving in the right direction.

And you won’t be doing it alone. Your Hiring Manager is committed to supporting your development, helping you build capability and confidence as you grow within the role and this dynamic category.

About you

We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in a retail or store support role who brings strong administrative strengths, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine love of data.

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities with confidence, accuracy and great time management.

Leverage your attention to detail and initiative to proactively coordinate the daily tasks required to effectively support the management of our offering.

Financially savvy, you enjoy numbers and have established computer skills, comfortable using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
