Shape how AI is adopted at Officeworks

We're on an exciting journey to embed AI-powered ways of working across Technology, and we're looking for a Change & Training Manager to help bring our people along the way.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the learning, onboarding and change strategies that help teams confidently embrace AI-native practices. You'll create engaging training programs, practical resources, and adoption frameworks that enable our people to learn faster, adapt quicker, and thrive in a changing environment.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver AI-focused onboarding, training and learning pathways.
• Lead change and adoption initiatives across Technology.
• Create practical guides, toolkits, communications and playbooks.
• Partner with technology leaders, engineers and L&D specialists.
• Build communities of practice and train-the-trainer programs.
• Measure adoption and continuously improve the learning experience.

About you

Experienced in change management, learning & development, or transformation.
Passionate about helping people embrace new technology and ways of working.
Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Practical understanding of AI, technology, or digital transformation.
