About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. You will support the Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, and act as a Lead for the digital media strategies, supporting predominately supplier funded, and all key themes and secondary themes from a marketing communication perspective. This role requires a commercial focus in optimising digital media spend and also requires the ability to act cross functionally to manage requests and expectations from other areas of the business, for supplier funded activities and other key initiatives. You will work with agencies to collaboratively bring campaigns and projects to life. 

Currently the position is based at our Support Office in Chadstone, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach. This team comes in the office to work collaboratively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

About you

As a successful candidate, ideally you will posses the following:

Formal Education
•    Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Social Media Marketing or similar
Work Experience
•    5 years of marketing experience 
•    Experience in retail (preferable) or media agency. 
•    Extensive digital media experience, including contribution to strategy development and tactical execution
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
•    Sound knowledge of digital media channels, reporting tools/analytics, and advertising opportunities
•    Ability to develop and maintain relationships with and influence stakeholders across many areas of the business.
•    Strong communications and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work with external agencies and internal partners.
•    A ‘can do’ attitude, the ability to work collaboratively and find solutions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise against deadlines
•    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
•    Ability to interpret past data and insights to form new activity. 
•    Copywriting – strong written and verbal communication skills 
•    Creative thinker, able to think on your feet
