About the role

We’re looking for a creative and commercially-minded Ecommerce Lead – Campaigns and Homepage to manage and execute content updates across high-impact areas of our website. You'll take ownership of key trade-driving pages including the homepage, campaign landing pages, and New & Trending page. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Online, Marketing, Merchandise, Brand, Digital, CX a to deliver campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.

What You'll Do
Content Planning

  • Lead content planning for the homepage, campaign landing pages, and other trade areas, collaborating with ecommerce, marketing and merchandise teams
  • Use insights to optimise content performance and prioritise updates
  • Plan and activate online campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Merchandise
  • Ensure new products and ranges are launched with maximum visibility

Content Creation & Execution

  • Brief the design team with accurate specs and deadlines
  • Build and publish content in CMS platforms (Contentful & Joomla) using HTML
  • Manage content testing, approvals, and live checks
  • Collaborate with web developers on new landing page builds and edits

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Share weekly performance insights with stakeholders
  • Monitor and respond to content underperformance on key pages
  • Work with the Conversion and Digital Tagging teams to improve tracking and experiences

This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.

About you

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of ecommerce experience in a similar role, ideally in retail
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through web content
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, PowerBI or similar tools
  • Intermediate HTML and CSS skills
  • Customer-first mindset with solid UX understanding
  • Self-starter with excellent planning, problem-solving and attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential)

  • A degree in Marketing, Commerce, IT or a related field
