About the role

In this role, you’ll lead the optimisation of B2B website merchandising and content across the Officeworks and Flexiworks websites. Reporting to the Ecommerce Trade Manager, you'll be the go-to person for online content, merchandising, and trade-driving initiatives that support business customer growth and engagement. 

You’ll work closely with category teams, B2B sales and marketing, and a range of digital and tech stakeholders to ensure content is relevant, timely and delivering results. 

This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Optimise the online journey for B2B customers across the Officeworks and Flexiworks websites 
  • Manage and implement category navigation and merchandising, including on-site search optimisation and add-on product recommendations, across assigned product categories on the Officeworks website. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver B2B-focused landing pages 
  • Manage all content, merchandising, onsite search, product recommendations and platform admin for the Flexiworks website.  
  • Analyse online performance and make data-led recommendations to drive conversion and revenue 
  • Represent the ecommerce team in B2B meetings, sharing insights and identifying new opportunities 
  • Monitor competitors and suggest reactive opportunities where relevant 

About you

What You’ll Bring 

  • 4+ years in ecommerce, ideally in a retail  
  • Strong experience managing online content and website merchandising 
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics (Adobe or Google Analytics) 
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills 
  • Confident working with ecommerce tools such as PIM (STEP), Contentful, Algolia, Rich Relevance and Joomla 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders 
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, commercially-minded approach
