About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Functional Analyst to join our IT Merchandise and Marketing team supporting the applications that manage Product & Content, Demand & Replenishment, Space Planning and more. In this role, you’ll work across a range of business-critical systems including Stibo STEP, RELEX, SAP and more, to support and enhance Officeworks applications used every day by our Merchandise and Marketing team members.

You’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, leading functional designs, and implementing small to medium enhancements. Whether it’s resolving issues, improving processes, or working on new features, you’ll play a key role in helping our Merchandise and Marketing teams operate more effectively. You’ll also collaborate closely with a broad mix of stakeholders including developers, analysts, and vendors to bring smart IT solutions to life.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.

About you

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT application configuration, ideally within the retail sector
  • Expertise across key platforms like Stibo STEP, SAP, RELEX and similar systems.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • A collaborative, proactive and customer-focused approach
  • A genuine interest in tech and how it can support better outcomes for our people

Formal qualifications in IT and ITIL certification are preferred.
