This is a unique opportunity to drive the future of our Print & Create category as we grow, innovate, and deliver game-changing experiences for our customers.
As a leader of leaders, you will drive the vision and strategy for our Print, Copy, and Create services, continuing to drive growth whilst shaping the future of our offering, evolving and modernising our existing solutions. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will spearhead the digital transformation bringing innovation to both in-store and online experiences ensuring seamless experiences and championing a customer-first approach that fuels sustainable growth across all channels.
You will have proven leadership experience, guiding large-scale businesses and empowering large, diverse teams, fostering a high-performance culture, driving strategic alignment, and delivering impactful results through inspiration, clarity, and accountability.
You will be the driving force to drive the Print & Create category into the future.
As our Head of Print & Create, you will:
- Lead the growth strategy for Print & Create, driving toward a bold 2030 vision for our business and consumer customers
- Drive digital transformation, innovating seamless, high-quality experiences across in-store and online channels.
- Further refine our customer (B2C) and business (B2B) facing growth strategies
- Oversee Print & Create operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and consistency.
- Use customer and market insights to identify opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
- Strategically plan the product and service mix for business and consumer customers to strengthen our value proposition.
- Develop and lead Buyers in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to shelf.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic supplier partnerships aligned with business goals.
- Own business planning and range review processes to keep offerings competitive and impactful.
- Shape merchandise strategy within Marketing and Trading plans to maximize results.
- Foster collaborative supplier engagement and partnerships which drive mutual success.
This role is based in our Chadstone office, offering great flexibility working in a hybrid working model, working from our Chadstone Support Office 3 days per week, visiting our print hub in stores, and the rest of your week from home.
About you
We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader who brings energy, experience, and a passion for making an impact. You know how to lead and inspire high-performing teams, drive change in complex environments, and turn challenges into opportunities. It’s more than just managing processes, you influence stakeholders and deliver on big-picture, long term goals. In addition, you will have:
- 10–15 years of senior commercial experience within complex, fast-paced environments with a strong background in retail or service-based industries, with deep knowledge of large-scale operations.
- A proven track record as a Senior Buyer, Commercial Manager, or Business Leader in a large, multifunctional organisation.
- Experience developing and implementing new business models or commercial strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience leading senior leaders and managing complex, multi-functional programs of work.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and high-level negotiations, with a history of building strong supplier partnerships.
