About the role

We are on the lookout for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team looking after our Small-Medium business customers. Leverage your sales experience with this exciting opportunity to develop your skills in an Account Management role in a business-to-business sales environment.  By joining, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and highly engaged Officeworks B2B Sales team with an emphasis on fostering a supportive culture, coupled with a focus on growth and development.

 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts over the phone, providing an outstanding client experience. You will deliver profitable sales growth by understanding your customers unique business requirements and tailoring solutions to help make bigger things happen for them. You are confident in your sales approach and foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and growth potential is realised. As a team we aim to:

 

  • KEEP – Our existing customers engaged and trading
  • GROW – Identify, create and secure opportunities for category and revenue growth with our business customers

This role comes with excellent flexibility working from our Chadstone Head Office location or our North Rocks office in Sydney working in a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the office and the rest of your week from home if you choose. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to join our Business-to-Business Sales team as they go from strength to strength offering our business customers the very best Officeworks products and solutions.

 

About you

You are proactive and customer centric with superior time management ability, this coupled with your background in sales and strategic out of the box thinking will see you excel in this role.  In addition, you will have: 

  • Strong customer service/sales experience ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience with phone\video based sales
  • Ability to identify opportunities for sales growth within your customer base  
  • The ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Proven ability to problem solve, offer solutions and negotiate thriving in an activity focussed role
  • An eagerness to learn and build a career in sales
  • Experience using salesforce is desirable
