About the role

As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for developing detailed integration designs, aligning solutions with enterprise roadmaps, and ensuring seamless connectivity between business applications. You will play a critical role in defining, governing, and optimising the Officeworks Enterprise Integration Platform(s). 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement integration architectures that support business objectives. 
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise principles and platform standards. 
  • Lead solution design, analysis, and governance activities. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, data, and commercial teams. 
  • Monitor and evolve enterprise integration roadmaps and technology lifecycles. 
  • Provide strategic recommendations on integration best practices and innovations. 
  • Act as a consultant to internal teams and vendors, ensuring compliance and quality. 

This role is a hybrid role based out of our Chadstone Support Office in Victoria 2-3 days a week. 

About you

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience: 8+ years in IT with integration development expertise and 5+ years in large, complex environments. 
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, middleware technologies, API Management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud). 
  • Architecture & Strategy: Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps. 
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders. 
  • Agile & Innovation: Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (TOGAF certification desirable).
