An exciting opportunity to join the Merchandise Process Improvement Team on a 12-month fixed contract where you will help drive efficiency and productivity within the Merchandise Team.

 

As a Merchandise Process Analyst you will leverage your experience and expertise in process analysis, improvement, and project management to coordinate and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance systems, and support the team's overall productivity. Working collaboratively across functions, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within the Merchandise Team and wider business.

 

Your ability to engage with stakeholders and end users to understand processes and business requirements will see you supporting the team to compile business requirements and prepare and present Business cases. In addition, our Merchandise Process Analyst role works across broader business projects as a representative for the Merchandise function.

 

The ability to build and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business is key to this role, with a focus on working closely with IT to develop systems to automate processes and tasks.

About you

A confident communicator with an analytical and solutions mindset, you have ability to influence and present to all key stakeholders towards achieving positive outcomes and process improvements.

 

Some key aspects for consideration:

  • Proven experience in process analysis, improvement and project management within a fast-paced retail environment or similar industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and systems
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations
  • Computer literacy and technical orientation with intermediate to advanced Excel
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator
