About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Online Retail Media and Content Coordinator to join our growing online team at Officeworks. This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of retail media, digital content, and ecommerce in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Online Content and Retail Media Manager, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day operations of our online retail media platform (CitrusAd), support supplier campaign execution, and manage website content updates across key areas like our Help Centre, Media Centre, and policy pages.

You’ll partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure content and campaigns are published accurately, on time and in line with brand and commercial priorities. From building and reporting on onsite media campaigns to publishing website updates using CMS tools, this role has a great mix of creative and technical work.

This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimise Officeworks campaigns and supplier ads on the online retail media platform
  • Support suppliers with campaign onboarding and act as their main point of contact for retail media queries
  • Coordinate onsite supplier-funded content and ensure campaign commitments are delivered
  • Edit and publish website content using CMS platforms like Contentful and Joomla
  • Maintain critical information pages (e.g. product recalls, customer service FAQs, policies)
  • Prioritise urgent updates such as media releases and alert messages
  • Monitor content accuracy and proactively flag outdated or incorrect content
  • Track campaign performance and deliver reporting on retail media investments and content engagement

About you

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or digital media
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and basic-intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Familiarity with retail media or ad platforms (experience with CitrusAd a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience using data and web analytics to inform decisions
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills

It’s all in a day’s work when you’re part of the Officeworks community – where you’re not defined by who you are, but what you can do. We celebrate our teams’ uniqueness by offering the below to the Officeworks family:

  • Flexible working arrangements to best support your individual needs.
  • A key focus on wellbeing and safety.
