We’re looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Online & Martech Enablement Manager to lead key digital initiatives across our website and native mobile app. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact online and martech projects, identifying opportunities, building business cases, and driving delivery to unlock incremental sales, improve customer experience, and optimise operational efficiency.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with teams across eCommerce, IT, Commercial, Digital Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience to prioritise and deliver initiatives that drive measurable growth.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Chadstone, offering a hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in the office).
As an Online & Martech Enablement Manager, you will:
- Identify and prioritise digital initiatives to drive incremental sales, conversion, and profitability
- Develop business cases and secure stakeholder approval across the organisation
- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and performance data to uncover growth opportunities
- Drive improvements across key eCommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, average order value, margin)
- Own and optimise the online experience, including checkout and customer journey enhancements
- Lead cross-functional delivery of digital initiatives, collaborating with tech, design, and marketing teams
- Drive personalisation and martech optimisation to unlock value from customer data and increase known customers
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and report on performance, ROI, and insights to senior leadership
About you
You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences. You’re confident influencing stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and bring extensive experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, including recent ownership or management of an online store within a retail environment. In addition, you will bring:
- Strong experience in eCommerce, digital product management, or martech, including 3-5 years managing an eCommerce store within a retail environment (agency or in-house)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Has worked on website improvement projects and/or developed online range/content
- Proven understanding of how to promote and sell effectively through digital channels
- Commercially driven with a customer-first mindset and focus on online growth
- Experience building business cases and delivering projects end-to-end
- Highly collaborative, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Adobe/Google), with JIRA/Confluence experience desirable
