We’re on the lookout for a dynamic People Systems & Reporting Manager to lead the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our core People platforms SuccessFactors and Kronos. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure compliance, all while delivering a seamless experience for our team members and stakeholders.
Leading a team of two and reporting to our Head of People Operation and Advisory, you’ll coach and empower your people, fostering a strong service culture and stakeholder focus with an eye for efficiency and innovation. As the key link between IT team member experience team and key business leads and stakeholders, you’ll dive deep into our current ways of working, enhance system reporting, safeguard data integrity, and take a holistic approach to People Systems and Reporting at Officeworks.
You’ll own the People Systems Roadmap, champion smarter ways of working, and maintain data integrity across the organisation. From system enhancements to strategic reporting, your expertise will unlock new levels of efficiency and impact.
As our People Systems & Reporting Manager, you will:
- Lead the People Systems Roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and team member experience goals.
- Drive system enhancements and process efficiencies to optimise performance and usability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth maintenance of People Systems, maintaining user access, security protocols and safeguarding data integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues, manage updates, and deliver upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, legislation, and internal business rules.
- Provide strategic guidance on system adoption, configuration, and best practices.
- Own BAU reporting, validating data accuracy across systems to enable informed decision-making. Owning all key metric & cyclical reporting, developing and ensuring adherence to reporting standards in relation to people data
About you
You’re a proactive problem-solver and critical thinker who can take a holistic view of our People Systems and Reporting practices. You’ll bring a deep understanding of HR principles and legislation, paired with a strong service mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level. In addition, you will have:
- Systems expertise with a passion for optimisation and innovation, backed by 5+ years in a similar role. Experience with SuccessFactors is essential.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Proven leadership experience, empowering and coaching a small team to drive high performance and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience managing system upgrades and integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional teams and influencing others through upskilling and engagement.
