Are you ready to turn strategy into action? As Project and Partnerships Lead, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our Print & Create growth initiatives to life.

Your mission:

✅ Translate strategic priorities into end-to-end business cases

✅ Secure approvals and drive implementation

✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects that boost sales, margin, and customer experience

You’ll also be the key link between Officeworks and external partners—ensuring smooth collaboration and successful execution of initiatives that elevate our omnichannel offering.

About you

You’re a proactive leader with exceptional project management skills and a knack for building strong partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in category/commercial growth, strategy, customer experience, or business development within retail, services, eCommerce, or B2B environments (Print business experience desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes (sales, margin, customer metrics) through range, pricing, proposition, or customer journey initiatives.
  • Experience working across store operations/service delivery and digital teams to drive consistent customer outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and the ability to manage complex partnerships.
