We’re launching our largest Supply Chain site in Redbank, Queensland - A major investment in scale, innovation, and the future of our distribution network. This is a rare opportunity to join and help bring a large scale operation to life from the ground up.

We’re seeking a high-impact State Supply Chain Manager to lead our omnichannel supply chain operations across the state. This role goes beyond the DC—owning customer fulfilment, store replenishment, transport execution, and overall network performance.

You’ll drive outcomes across Safety, People, Service, Inventory and Cost, while leading large-scale operations and delivering continuous improvement.

 

What You’ll Do

• Champion a proactive, values-led safety culture

• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams

• Own end-to-end supply chain performance across the state

• Drive productivity, service and cost optimisation

• Lead strategic planning, forecasting and peak readiness

• Deliver continuous improvement and transformation initiatives

• Partner cross-functionally to align operations, transport and inventory

About you

 

What You Bring

• Senior leadership experience in supply chain, logistics and DC operations

• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline omnichannel operations

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

• A passion for people leadership, safety and performance

• Experience driving CI, Lean or transformation programs

• Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder influence
