About the role
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst (FI/CO) to join our team at the Chadstone Support Office. Reporting to the SAP Functional Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering enhancements and support for our SAP applications, helping ensure that Officeworks continues to run smoothly and efficiently across all business functions.
You’ll also play a key role in a major SAP transformation project, as we transition our business to SAP S/4HANA — one of the biggest system changes in Officeworks’ history.
In this role, you’ll:
- Configure, support and optimise SAP S/4HANA, SAP POS/DM, and SAP Concur systems.
- Develop and implement IT changes aligned with Officeworks’ strategic goals.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and deliver system enhancements.
- Lead functional design for application changes and small-to-medium projects.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the team and maintain technical design standards.
- Stay across industry trends and best practices approaches.
This role is based 4 days per week in the office (Monday to Thursday), giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with your team while enjoying flexibility on Fridays.
About you
You’re an analytical problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes to make a real business impact. You’ll bring:
- SAP S/4HANA Certification(highly regarded)
- At least 5 years’ experience in application configuration, ideally in a retail environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a genuine passion for technology and transformation.
