About the role

As a School Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Victorian schools, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and helping educators maximise the value of our platform. Acting as the key liaison between schools and internal teams, you will build strong partnerships, support product adoption, and advocate for customer needs while driving continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Report to the Client Relationship Manager
  • Act as the primary relationship contact for Victorian schools
  • Develop and implement annual relationship management plans for key clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Department, Librarians, and other key school stakeholders
  • Deliver on-site professional development sessions and ongoing support to educators
  • Assist schools in maximising the use of platform features and functionality
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine requirements for new product features
  • Deliver training, communication, and documentation relating to product updates and enhancements
  • Support school leaders with the completion of annual booklists during the back-to-school period
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve service issues and product improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate across the broader business to ensure a seamless customer experience

About you

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. You enjoy working collaboratively, solving problems, and supporting customers to achieve successful outcomes. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Skills & Experience:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and key deadlines
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach to relationship management and issue resolution
  • Strong digital literacy and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Experience working with Google Workspace (G Suite) or similar collaboration tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable, and customer-centric mindset
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • An undergraduate degree or previous experience in customer support, account management, education, or a related field is preferred
  • Recent graduates with strong communication and relationship-building skills are encouraged to apply
