About the role
At Officeworks, we’re building a best-in-class retail media offering and we’re looking for a Supplier Marketing Lead to help bring it to life.
This role sits at the heart of our retail media program, supporting the execution of high-impact supplier campaigns across owned, paid, and earned media channels. You’ll act as the key link between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from approval through to post-campaign reporting.
If you’re currently in a media sales or account management role and looking to move into a more operational, end-to-end marketing position this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset while staying close to media and commercial outcomes.
Some of what you’ll be doing:
- Own supplier campaigns from approval to execution, ensuring all assets, briefs, and timelines are on track.
- Review, submit, and deliver creative assets, while maintaining strong, proactive communication with suppliers.
- Serve as the main post-sale contact, maintaining strong, proactive communication and identifying upsell or optimisation opportunities for Sales Managers
- Gather campaign performance data and prepare clear post-campaign reports for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade, Media, and Operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
About you
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys owning the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in media sales, retail media, agency environments or campaign operations
- Proven success in media sales or account management role (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- A passion for media, marketing, and delivering great customer outcomes
- Tertiary qualified with marketing as a major preferred
