About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Supplier Media Sales Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Media & Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the implementation and ongoing development of our Supplier Marketing Program – a critical part of Officeworks’ Retail Media offering.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be the go-to contact for our supplier partners, responsible for campaign planning, internal and external stakeholder engagement, and driving commercial outcomes through strategic media sales. You’ll work closely with agency partners, buyers, and marketing teams to bring supplier campaigns to life, while guiding and mentoring a direct report.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, leading cross-functional projects, and translating supplier goals into effective, brand-aligned marketing campaigns.
This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning and delivery of supplier campaigns in partnership with internal teams and agencies
- Manage supplier marketing profitability, budget tracking and reporting
- Act as the key point of contact for suppliers, building long-term partnerships
- Support creative alignment with brand guidelines and ensure campaign timelines and media formats are optimised
- Champion our supplier media strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Lead WIPs and cross-functional meetings to drive campaign performance
- Coach and support the Supplier Marketing Lead
- Ensure compliance with advertising and trade practice guidelines
About you
You’re an organised and relationship-focused professional with:
- 6+ years’ experience in sales, retail marketing or trade marketing
- Strong knowledge of agency and supplier management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- A collaborative and agile mindset, with strong project management skills
- Confidence using Excel, Monday.com and digital planning tools (training provided)
