About the role
- Manage day-to-day workflows, timelines, budgets and ways of working across all trade activity.
- Maintain the master Marketing Calendar and support quarterly trade planning, aligning category priorities, customer insights and commercial objectives across the business
- Partner with the Retail Media team to support supplier and One Reach briefs, manage inventory and channel requirements, and ensure SLAs, commercial gates and delivery standards are met.
- Support strategic projects that improve speed, accuracy and reporting, including process optimisation, automated workflows and the adoption of new technologies such as Monday.com.
- Lead and support two direct reports, managing workload, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture, and ensuring compliance, safety and best-practice standards are met.
About you
You’re a seasoned trade or retail marketer who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and knows how to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
You’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (preferred).
- 10+ years experience in retail marketing or a similar environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in advertising production and campaign delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritise.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proven leadership capability, with a passion for supporting and mentoring teams.
