About the role

Working within our Internal Sales team is engaging, fast-paced and ever-evolving. We are on the hunt for a Business Activation Specialist to help continue to drive business opportunities whilst delivering customers inspiring ideas and solutions. In this role you will be focusing on promoting our Business offering to customers over the phone and will have an opportunity to enhance your skills and develop your career in sales.

You will be working within a supportive and inclusive team, developing and refining your sales technique while providing inspiring end to end solutions to our next and existing customers. Handling warm leads, you will manage pre-sale enquiries, and assist customers to understand how a 30 Day business account with Officeworks can benefit their business. This role is open to applicants across Australia.

Whilst the majority of our teams is based out of our North Rocks office in NSW, we are happy to consider candidates who are comfortable working remotely.

 

About you

You will be customer focused, engaging and passionate about sales, with previous experience in customer service or a sales environment.

  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbal
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • A fun and enthusiastic approach which comes across on the phone
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Solution-finding skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Intermediate excel skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Experience ideally in phone-based relationship management
