Officeworks’ NSW/ACT Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) is a leader in fulfilling e-Commerce orders in the growing Omni-Channel retail market.

 

Our North Rocks facility has a high focus on maintaining and improving safety for the team, customer satisfaction and driving our service culture whilst maintaining an ongoing focus and delivery on continuous improvement.

 

For this exciting team development role we are seeking a confident and experienced leader to coordinate and oversee fulfilment and delivery operations, ensuring accurate and consistent same day order fulfillment and delivery service for Officeworks customers and stores.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Having safety as a core value and role modelling this culture across your team and the site
  • Implement and sustain efficient inventory processes with a focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Oversee Picking, Stocking / Replenishment and Despatch KPI's
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in relation to customer and internal queries
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate and oversee team development and training
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Manage workflow and labour resources to meet established service levels and KPI's
  • Provide feedback and support to team members and managers to increase performance and continuous improvement across the state
  • Championing teamwork to improve team behaviours and drive for results
  • Fostering a team culture that is constructive, professional, supportive, and with a customer focus

 

This role will be allocated to one of two shifts, either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.
