About the role

 

Do you thrive on building strong, long term and meaningful relationships with customers?  Join our Business-to-Business sales team as an Inside Sales Account Manager and support our Small – Medium business customers with a wide range of tailored solutions.

 

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts over the phone, providing outstanding client experiences and fostering trusted customer relationships. You will deliver profitable sales growth by understanding your customers unique business requirements and tailoring solutions to help make bigger things happen for them.

 

As a team we aim to:

 

  • Develop a deep client understanding, ensuring client satisfaction contributing to long-term business success through strategic account management
  • Engage in high quality customer conversations with a tailored and consultative approach
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline – continuing to strive for measurable improvement and maximising upon opportunities

 

You are confident in your sales approach and foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and growth potential is realised.

This is a full-time permanent role with excellent flexibility working between our Chadstone Head Office location in a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the office and the rest of your week from home if you choose. 

About you

 

You are proactive and customer centric with superior time management ability. This, coupled with your background in sales and strategic out of the box thinking will see you excel in this role.  In addition, you will have: 

 

  • Strong consultative sales experience within a B2B environment
  • Experience with phone\video-based sales, with experience making proactive outbound calls
  • Ability to identify opportunities for sales growth within your customer base  
  • Proven ability to problem solve, offer solutions and negotiate, thriving in an activity focussed role
  • An eagerness to learn and build a career in sales
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is desirable
