About the role
- Lead the day-to-day relationship with key B2B customers
- Develop and drive day-to-day execution of your account plan, aligning with monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Gain deep insights into clients’ businesses, industries, and challenges to create tailored strategies that deliver ongoing value.
- Focus on long-term growth, increasing client satisfaction and loyalty while prioritizing sustainable results over quick wins.
- Achieve individual targets including sales growth, customer retention, and overall account performance.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business clients, offering clear, value-driven solutions.
- Continuously improve the sales pipeline by driving higher lead volume, accuracy, and close win rates via Salesforce.
- Identify and unlock ongoing growth opportunities across your customer base, consistently improving lead generation, opportunity accuracy, and win rates.

About you
You thrive on building and maintaining deep relationships with contract/account management, including 5+ years in face-to-face or field sales within a Business to Business (B2B) environment. Your strategic, customer first mindset, is complemented by a sharp commercial focus, always spotting opportunities to grow and deliver results. In addition, you will have:
- 7+ years in B2B sales environments, including min 5+ years in face-to-face or field sales with a proven track record in forecasting, managing, and growing sales pipelines.
- Extensive experience managing large, strategic contracts, with local, state, or federal government contracts preferred.
- Deep experience in the forecasting and driving of sales and margin performance.
- Deep skills in building and optimizing high-quality sales pipelines (volume, value, win rates, velocity).
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, using Excel (or similar) to identify customer opportunities and prioritize actions.
