About the role

Working at Officeworks is engaging, rewarding and fun! We are on the hunt for a bubbly Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our team in North Rocks. Reporting into the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be an integral part of the team. You will be the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensure the smooth day to day operations of the office, office tidiness, functionality, and ambience.

In addition, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for team members and visitors.
  • Conduct regular checks to confirm equipment functionality and available consumables. As well as ensure resolution with relevant team such as printer maintenance with our Technology team.
  • Assist with maintenance of the office and coordinate any works required with the relevant team.
  • Conduct regular checks for safety compliance, and be trained as a First Aid officer, Warden, and assist in leading the office Stay Safe team.
  • General administrative assistance in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with meeting room setup, as required.
  • Incoming and outgoing mail management.

About you

  • To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office assistant or customer service facing role.
  • Engaging, bubbly, positive attitude – you enjoy assisting others.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work 24hrs per week
